Born and raised in Delaware's Sussex County, Kara is vastly familiar with every inch of the Delaware and Maryland shore. From Lewes to Ocean Pines, she brings with her a knowledge of the area, and the history that surrounds it, making a career in real estate a perfect match. Licensed in both Maryland and Delaware, Kara prides herself on providing superior customer service to her clients throughout the home buying and selling process. Together with her husband, Kara also owns a local elevator installation and service company, working primarily with builders in new construction homes, and giving her an inside track to home trends, as well as upcoming properties. In her spare time, she and her family enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding and all that life at the beach affords.
