Kara always responded quickly, professionally, and informatively to my questions and requests. I could not recommend her more highly! I used Kara to buy and sell homes ten years ago, then came back to her for buying and selling this time because I have so much confidence in, and respect for, her abilities.
Awesome experience! Best realtor ever. Would recommend highly. We had the best help finding our house and a huge help during the closing process. Fast to call, text and email back. All around pleased with experience.
A coworker/friend recommended Kara, saying that "she really knows her stuff." How right he was!! Kara is very sweet and friendly and I liked her immediately. I really appreciated that she listened attentively to my wish list and selected houses for me to view based on my expressed desires and needs. Kara payed close attention to detail and made many helpful suggestions along the way. While touring houses with her, I became better educated about types of roofs, floors, structures, etc. She was prompt and efficient about returning my calls, replying to my texts and emails, and scheduling appointments. I have never ever had such a wonderful experience with a realtor. Kara is truly the real deal! She is sharp, honest, polite, caring, and took a genuine interest in me and my family. AND she found my dream house!! :)
Well, we had a horrific experience with our builder, the seller, with a complete lack of communication and despite that, our realtor Kara was right there with us trying to help facilitate our dream home up until the very end, even if that meant moving her personal plans at times to see us through to our house closing. She was always prepared and organized if the builder ever tried to deny something he had promised and she seemed to be one step ahead. She was great!
Kara has been a great realtor. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, generous, and always very responsive. We have used her for both purchasing and selling of a property. We were pleased with her ability to get us under contract within days and closed in 30 days. She always made us feel like we could ask questions and never a bother. We definitely have always felt she had our best interest in mind no matter the circumstances and ultimately wanted to help us find the perfect home. I would highly recommend Kara to anyone searching to buy or sell in the Tulsa area.
