Well, we had a horrific experience with our builder, the seller, with a complete lack of communication and despite that, our realtor Kara was right there with us trying to help facilitate our dream home up until the very end, even if that meant moving her personal plans at times to see us through to our house closing. She was always prepared and organized if the builder ever tried to deny something he had promised and she seemed to be one step ahead. She was great!

Kara has been a great realtor. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, generous, and always very responsive. We have used her for both purchasing and selling of a property. We were pleased with her ability to get us under contract within days and closed in 30 days. She always made us feel like we could ask questions and never a bother. We definitely have always felt she had our best interest in mind no matter the circumstances and ultimately wanted to help us find the perfect home.
