She took care of my family very well, and did not make us feel uneducated in the whole home buying process, even though we were complete newbies to the whole thing. She has a great team that did everything very smoothly and was there with us the whole way through and we ended up getting a home that we love with her expertise and care. Well, we had a horrific experience with our builder, the seller, with a complete lack of communication and despite that, our realtor Kara was right there with us trying to help facilitate our dream home up until the very end, even if that meant moving her personal plans at times to see us through to our house closing. She was always prepared and organized if the builder ever tried to deny something he had promised and she seemed to be one step ahead. She was great!
