For example, if there needs to be an inspection, Kara schedules it and works with the inspector to address any concerns. If there needs to be a vendor hired, Kara has a recommendation and can help schedule the appointment. The sale, from my perspective, is under control. For my listings, Kara comes prepared with a strategy for pricing, showings and photography. My home ends up looking great and sells quick.
