As a first time homebuyer, I am wholeheartedly happy with my experience with Kara as my realtor. Every step of the way she was helpful, responsive and informative. It was great to have someone check in with me often even just to see how I am. At our first meeting she walked me through the entire home buying process over coffee. I always felt comfortable asking questions, even if they were dumb, Kara never once made me feel like they were. It was also great having someone who was flexible with my schedule as I work all week and can’t break away for phone calls, she would always make time to talk when I was available. I had a couple of lender issues, and Kara always had my back and worked with my best interest in mind. She was able to set me up with a solid lender and even helped me get the lowest rate possible. When we finally found the right home, she acted quick and strategically so we were able to get our first offer accepted. At the inspection she even pointed out a couple things that the inspector did not notice. She was helpful all the way through closing and even came by after to help paint! I can’t say enough good words about her, she went above and beyond every step of the way. I will recommend her to all my friends.
