I’m highly impressed.

I noticed a duplex on Realtor.com that sold quickly and above list price with Kara as the listing realtor so I contacted her about listing two separate duplexes for me. One of my duplexes had an especially difficult tenant and Kara handled the situation with class. She also assisted greatly in lining up contractors for several repairs that needed done to close and they were quite reasonable in price. I would have struggled with that at my distance from the properties. I highly recommend Kara.
