Mr. Mazhar helped me as my realtor to purchase my home. In early January-'22 he first talked to me over the phone to get an idea about the types of properties that I would be interested in. He understood my likings and dislikings about the properties, about my need for a good school-district and about my budget. Subsequently, he provided listing info. on many such properties and routinely accoompanied me to show me thirteen (13) of these properties over a span of five and one-half (5.5) weeks. He was kind enough to schedule the showings accommodating my availability and my work schedule. I noticed him being equally respectful for the potential sellers as he reminded me to take my shoes off when I forgot to do so while seeing the properties. He has been punctual to be present at the properties for the showings and patient when I ran late. He provided reasonable advices on potential purchase prices while making offers, commensurate with ongoing trend of the market, and we made four such offers. Typically, he put together the offers in a timely manner to present them to the potential sellers. He was present during the inspection of the property that I eventually purchased, and provided reasonable insights regarding the pros and cons of the inspection findings. He provided relevant explanations of the steps involved in the process as necessary that consequently made me believe that he was watching out for the best of my interst. He successfully negotiated the price of the property with the seller's realtor when it became necessary to manage the gap between the offered price and the the appraised price. Mr Mazhar kept me informed with the concurrent events regarding the entire process from the beginning until the closing of the escrow. The aspect that I liked the most about Mr Mazhar's appraoch was the fact that he did not say much to 'sell' the properties to me, instead he just showed them to me, respecting my ability to decide for myself.

He sold my house within a month. He is very friendly, polite and gentle. He also tried his best to find my new house. I found him as a calm, passionate and very patience in his character. Moreover he is faithful and honest in his job.
