Kalyn was phenomenal to work with! She was so responsive, she was very responsive to any questions I had. She PUTS IN WORK, helping make phone calls to contractors for various repairs needed getting quotes. She was always honest and so personable! If your looking for a realtor you can really trust, Kalyn is your girl!!! It's not just about a sale with Kalyn, she cares about you as a person!

It’s hard to find the words to describe how incredible Kalyn was during our buying/selling experience. Kalyn made herself available to answer ALL questions we had… even if they seemed pretty silly. Her expertise allowed us to make a winning bid on a dream home and also allowed us to maximize profits from our sale in Xenia. She is truly the definition of an agent who puts her clients needs first.

I was a Licensed Realtor in Ohio and Florida. Because I invest in properties, I decided to use other Realtors. After going through MANY Realtors, I found Kalyn. For over 5 years she has been available to me whenever and for whatever I needed. She always went above and beyond. How wonderful it is to pick up the phone and know she is there. No matter the price range she treats all deals the same. When I sell, she treats my first time home buyers like royalty. She is truly one of a kind
