A wonderful human being

I initially reached out to Kaley back in 2020 when I believed I would be starting to try and look for a home. I was out of work due to the pandemic soon after, causing me to end her services early. I had felt I wasted her time, but she was very empathetic and said she was eager to help find me and my wife a home in hopes that my family would grow and the house with it. She promised to be there for me whenever I was ready again. 3 years later, 2023, I reached out to her asking if she would like to start all over again, and within 24 hours she was back at my doorstep as if we never stopped. This time, my wife was about to have our son and my career had grown, so I felt I needed to find a home and fast pre delivery. Everyday she checked up on me, and asked how my wife was feeling. She let us go at our own pace, and always answered all of our confusing questions. About a month later, we found a new build, which comes with extra fees and stuff I know nothing about. She was on the phone fighting for so many different things with the lender (Lennar) and ultimately got me money off my closing costs, contingency agreements while I was finishing my paperwork, even the color of my new kitchen cabinets haha. We bought our house in late December 2023, and it's beautiful. She was there every step of the way. She is so thoughtful and such an absolute sweetheart. She was there for me whenever we needed her, and she was patient with me through my hard times. She kept her promise. My wife and son now have a beautiful home to wake up in and it is all thanks to her. I would recommend her to anyone. She's is an amazing human being all around and always a pleasure to be around.
