Kal has been buying my personal acquisitions for over a year now. I literally dont buy a property without Kal walking the property. Kal has a strength that many agents dont have -- he can actually estimate maintenance costs in real-time while walking a property. Kal also has a strong work ethic and will do whatever it takes to get us a property. Finally -- Kal understands the rental market and investment modeling very well.
