This is our second time partnering with Kadesha. She guided us through the sale of our home and the purchase of a new build house. Throughout the purchase, she gave excellent advice and helped keep the build on schedule through continual communication with the builder’s agent. This kind of support, while it might seem small, made a difference; our home build was finished before others that had a similar time line. She helped every step of the way, including pre install inspections and quality “blue tape walks” with the builder. Keeping quality deficiencies organized and the builder accountable, Kadesha is an example of why you should partner with an agent for a new build. For our sale, she supported with advice early for home sale preparation and marketing properly. Kadesha has a way of professionally balancing supporting our wants and keeping within realistic standards. While our sale had a troublesome end, due to buyers, she continued to work professionally to mediate a resolution between all parties. Friendly positive attitude, available, experienced, knowledgeable and professional.
