Monica is meticulous and at our closing she pulled out the notes she took from the very first time we spoke with her and the exact day, 1 Year! There are a lot of brokers out there that talk, but Monica and Ryan walk the walk. During the closing process Monica made sure all deadlines were kept and everything was moving along. We were a cross country move, we had contacted Monica when we were in Colorado Springs a year before we were ready to move , monica spent a day with us so we could look at houses just to see the areas we were comfortable with and the price point we wanted to be at . A year later we were ready to make the commitment to move , all along Monica kept in touch with us, she looked at houses for us , sending us videos of the homes so we could do the “walk through” with her - she was always professional and we always felt she was had put our best interest first. Monica and Ryan got it done. In a so-so market, they listened to what we needed, were clear on what we wanted, and the results came earlier and higher than I expected. Showings and the process under contract were clearly communicated, flexible when needed. It was clear they had good rapport with the buyers and their agent, as my requests for adjustments were executed with ease. They helped with the little fixes by finding us a plumber and electrician who were great, fast and fair, again, all with zero drama. Greatly appreciate that the sale went off without stress.
