Gina was great, when I was on and off the fence about selling and had some monetary coming in. I asked her what things orotund the house should I do to gain more value into the house. Without wasting any time she told me about three things before I stopped her to get a paper to write on. About halfway through upgrading some curb appeal. I decided to sell the house. I reached out and told her then she sent me a calander of an example timeline. Had a buddy come up and help me empty out the house and get ready for any inspections. Gina called through the month and even stopped by to check on things. Everytime she was there she asked if we needed help anytime. I remember we had her help one day I realized I forgot rhe kitchen and asked her to help and she jumped in without hesation. I would highly recommend Gina for your next move.

When my life was in chaos after losing my father and having to sell the family home, while living out-of-state, she guided me through the (unfamiliar-to-me) process of listing the house with skill, grace, and humor. She coordinated the hiring of contractors, and assisted in removing all of the house contents and providing house repairs and improvements, with a rapid turn-around. Justine helped us purchase a house that was in mid renovation. This complicated things greatly however Justine was great throughout the process. She negotiated wonderfully, she was always reachable even on weekends and nights. She is extremely organized which really helped in our unique situation. Once we put an offer on our home we really didn’t know what the next steps were but she walked us through everything. She was available all the time for questions and gave us a “to-do” list once our offer was accepted with deadlines for each task. Would recommend her to anyone!
First of all Justine worked with my fiancé Mary and I for two straight months of weekends in the fall of 2019 she was always able to set up appointments for us in a timely manor and was always concerned to set the appointments that they were convenient to our schedule. After much frustration over not fining the right home Justine gave us a lot of encouragement saying she would help us find us the right home. And she did! She was more than on top of the process every step of the way gently guiding us through each step. From the beginning we Knew that there was a dispute with the lot boundary that was in the process of being resolved but had to be resolved before settlement. We were to settle on 03/31/20 but due to attorney delay and the pandemic the issue was not resolved in time. Justine negotiated a lease agreement that allowed us to live there and make improvements until we could get to settlement. And as far as negotiation skills after the inspection we found there were some items that needed to be fixed she was able to get the maximum amount of credit back from the seller that we asked for. Justine even lent me her table saw and miter saw to do my improvements. In the end when things were not happening on getting the plot plan of the lot changed Justine went directly to the county office on our behalf and made things happen so we could get to settlement. Five stars is not enough as Justine gives 150% + in all areas of her duties and customer service and she is more than an agent she has become our dear friend as well. Gina is an excellent realtor. She sold my house in less than a week! Not only did she help me to negotiate a great price, but she took care of all the details. She arranged a handyman to do all the little things that needed to be fixed prior to listing. She worked with the potential buyers and their agent to answer questions. When the deal was almost lost because of the buyer's buyers she worked with the bank and other relators to keep the closing as scheduled. I would highly recommend Gina buying or selling a home.
