Realtor, Appraiser, Home improvement specialist, staging expertise, financial knowledge of the entire process and community advisor. The list is not limited to those things but one of the most important to me was her complete honesty and fairness. She is also a numbers gal and one of the things I loved was that she did her homework on the area markets and national too and understood and took time to interpret the stats. I don't know if everyone does that, but those stats are of great value. Numbers don't lie as they say and knowing the facts and having someone you can rely on is so valuable.
