Justin Short made our first home purchase great to say the least. We had such a positive experience with him. We can all agree this current mortgage market is very competitive, so having a great Real Estate Agent is definitely crucial. We have bought and sold homes in California over the last 40 years and most recently sold a home in Virginia deciding to move back to CA. My interaction with Justin Short started in February of this year. We had not fully decided to sell our Virginia Beach home but began passive searching in the OC and in Temecula. As is the process now you end up singing onto various agent/real estate agencies in order to see more full listing beyond Zillow, Redfin etc. so I signed onto Justin’s website. He reached out immediately asking questions of timing, price range, location etc and I was very direct, we weren’t ready and I would let him know when and if and would like to begin an earnest search but would like properties of potential interest sent to us. So he did, he stayed persistent but not obnoxious. One home came up that looked interesting in April and we decided to sell and move back to CA. Justin worked tirelessly to send me information, answering all my questions, and when we were ready the first of a July he spent a full week getting us into all the properties that were of interest. The market is for any seller a crazy one now and you need a realtor who can move quickly and expertly. Justin is that agent. His knowledge of the Temecula, Murrieta, Fallbrook environs is amazing. His expertise in negotiations, contract process, pitfalls and guidance were invaluable. Most important to any buyer especially in this market is consistent communication. He excelled in timely and thoughtful response to all our questions. We started our search July 7 th and on August 9th have closed on the home we will love and enjoy for a long time.
