Justin is awesome! As a first time buyer without any knowledge and heard a lot of nightmare story about crazy long buying process, but it didn't matter when you work with Justin. It took only 1 day our offer accepted by the seller even though it's below listing price. The whole buying process took exactly 1 month until closing and receiving the key, which is amazing! He also helps us to negotiate with the seller for the repair, so we got more credit from the seller. Justin always answered our questions. He is available anytime 7 days a week and is unbelievably responsive. As a loan officer, realtor, mortgage broker, homeowner and landlord, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Justin is a very efficient agent always replies on time, weekends or 11 PM never a problem, sometimes I received his responses around 2 AM, even when he was on his vacation out of the country he still replies on time and his answers and advises were really useful. He spent a lot of time to analysis for the properties that I was interested in and he also has sent me "Justin's Picks" many times for me to choose. Finally, he found the one meets all my requirements. He never put any pressure when I need to make decisions, and he can provide the information I have not noticed which could be crucial. I always feel comfortable to make those decisions. Justin as a loan officer provides the lowest interest rate on the market and he is very professional about all the details and numbers. Regular loan officer usually represents one lender but he can search hundreds of lenders and find the best deal, like a Google mortgage search engine. Not once did we ever feel as if he was chasing the commission. On multiple occasions he advised us to walk away from a property because of various issues. Justin was exceptional in all ways: he was honest, patient, and more than willing to help guide us (first-time home buyers) through every step of the process. He never put any pressure on us to choose a specific home or make a purchase - he always reminded us that buying a home is the biggest financial decision most people will make in their lives, and so he wanted us to be completely comfortable with our decision. Justin responded to calls, texts, and emails very quickly - often immediately. He took great care to make sure we understood his answers to our questions. When we finally found a place that we liked, Justin advised us how to structure the offer in such a way as to convince the seller to choose us, and it worked. Less than two days after finding the place we wanted to buy, we had an accepted offer and entered escrow. Justin also helped us obtain the financing for our new home, and the interest rate and terms he was able to obtain for us matched or exceeded those we could find anywhere else (and believe me, we tried). We were able to close escrow in under 25 days, too. He guided us through the entire process once our offer was accepted: all the paperwork, inspections, the appraisal, what to expect, which concerns to bring to the seller's attention and which to ignore, etc. I was out of town and/or unavailable for about half the time we were in escrow, but Justin kept things moving along smoothly for us. I really can't say enough good things about Justin. Truly, the man is a remarkable person, let alone real estate agent.
Justin is absolutely amazing. He showed my partner and I around to any house we wanted to see. At least 25 houses just around the La Mesa, and El Cajon area. He gave us advice every step of the way, whenever we asked him. He helped us get our dream home at all costs!
