Justin showed great patience in showing us as many properties we wished to see in remote areas till we found the perfect place to call home. when we found it somebody else had an offer the owner was going to accept but Justin was able to negotiate a great deal and got us the property. At this point the work seemed to just begin i am self employed and this presented more challenges than normal to get a loan funded but with his expertise in this area he was able to get it done sometimes working till late at night with me to get the job done where others had failed. To sum up he helped us find a great place with a very difficult loan and was able to pull it off so i recommend him to anyone looking for that dream home even if others told you no he really did his homework got us pre-approved and followed up on his word.
