His expertise on local real estate market values helped with the negotiations. We made the offer and it was accepted right before we left the state for home. Justin came to every inspection, estimation, and appraisal on our behalf. He checked in with us several times a week. We never had to wonder how the process was coming along, he was very communicative throughout. We would hire him to purchase another home in Kentucky in a heartbeat.
