This is the second time we’ve used Justin, excellent both times! We live hours from the property we sold and he went above and beyond helping us out through the process. Would definitely recommend using him or his wife Laura!
Justin was amazing. As out of state buyers, we wanted to see as many properties as we could during our week in Kentucky. After learning a little more about us, he showed us our dream house. His expertise on local real estate market values helped with the negotiations. We made the offer and it was accepted right before we left the state for home. Justin came to every inspection, estimation, and appraisal on our behalf. He checked in with us several times a week. We never had to wonder how the process was coming along, he was very communicative throughout. We would hire him to purchase another home in Kentucky in a heartbeat.
Justin was very responsive and ready to help before we left Oregon. I highly recommend working with Justin.
I am a first time home buyer and Justin helped make the process go as smoothly as possible. I had a tremendous amount of questions that he helped answer, and if he did not know the answer he reached out to his cohorts for assistance. Appreciate you! :)
Great support, knowledgeable and able to handle a long distance transaction with ease. Justin also has great connections with other providers that are needed in real estate transactions. I highly recommend Justin if you want attention to detail and great support.
Justin has sold 4 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
