I recently had the opportunity to work with Justin James for buying my new home purchase. As you know buying a home can be a very tedious and stressful process because you want to get it right. I am glad I Justin was always available and kept me informed of what to expect every step of the way. His knowledge of the housing market helped me find and secure my new home. Justin’s patience and expertise proof to be very valuable in making a the buying process a successful one.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with the sellers and all of the nonsense that they put us through. However, Justin was amazing. He gave great advice and helped navigate through the entire process with more patience than I have. He went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. He even ordered pizza for the family and had it delivered to us because he felt bad about all of the issues and delays the sellers were causing. Then when I met up with him to finally get the keys, he had a bottle of champagne and a gift card for Bonefish Grill for us. I will send anyone I know that's looking to buy or sell to him!
