Working with Justin was a great experience! He knows the area very well, and he often thought of things I never would have regarding pricing, the market, and staging/prepping my house. He was always prepared with data and research when I needed it. Most importantly, I feel he listened to what I wanted and needed (I’m acknowledging the difference between those here) and helped me develop goals that would make me happy. His communication is always timely and cheerful, and he very patiently answered any questions I had. He made what could have been a stressful situation so easy! I will definitely be referring friends/family to him!
