Justin was a fantastic partner in my home search over the last year! It’s no secret that I’m quite picky and can also be a little indecisive when it came to such a large purchase. Justin remained patient and gave me the space to think things through, etc. When I needed advice or input from someone who knows the market, he quickly and objectively provided his knowledge and experience. I also appreciated the tools that he was able to provide me access to so I could actively participate in my home search! Justin maintains a calm and professional attitude which I appreciate….especially when he talked me through a few panic attacks! Lol! While I hope to not need a realtor for a long, long time…(I never, ever want to move again!)…I would enlist Justin to be by my side without hesitation again in the future. I will also highly recommend him to and friends or neighbors that need assistance. Thank you Justin!

Working with Justin was a great experience! He knows the area very well, and he often thought of things I never would have regarding pricing, the market, and staging/prepping my house. He was always prepared with data and research when I needed it. Most importantly, I feel he listened to what I wanted and needed (I’m acknowledging the difference between those here) and helped me develop goals that would make me happy. His communication is always timely and cheerful, and he very patiently answered any questions I had. He made what could have been a stressful situation so easy! Justin Hamshar is an valuable asset when working in real estate. He would know every detail of the property and would even notice things in the home that I would not. He provided excellent communication and provided insightful tips that even till today realize that things would have gone a lot worse without him stepping in. He is patient, kind, understanding, charismatic, and most importantly an expert in his field. I have no doubt that this man will find you the home you want at a reasonable price especially in this current market, no matter how long it takes. If anyone has issues working with him clearly don’t see the advantages and benefits of peace of mind that he brings to the table.

We chose to go with Justin for our first home in Florida as my sister-in-law had great experience with him when she bought her home 1.5 hrs ago. Justin was very responsive to our wants, needs and questions (we had quite a few of those as we were moving all the way from virginia). Kept both me and my husband uptodate on what was available in the market and responded very quickly when we liked something. We were buying a home remotely so we pretty much relied on his expertise and opinion on the house/property. At one point we were actually looking to build a house/buy a plot of land. So even without us asking, Justin went and looked at the plot because he felt that it might not be a right fit for us. And he was absolutely right that we would have regretted in taking that deal if we didn’t have him take that extr step for us. That is how well he knew us. Justin as an agent was not only very professional but also very friendly, personable and dedicated to help us finding a home that we would both like and could be comfortable in for years to come. In Justin, we found a great agent who we will keeping going back to for our future real estate needs as well as good friend.

If there were four words I would use to describe Justin, they would be Knowledgeable, Agile, Available, and Insightful. I can honestly say that Justin maintains his clients' best interests at heart no matter the circumstance. He was able to answer questions for both my sale and purchase as well as be a team player when looking for good lenders. He never backed down from an issue and always pushed and pressed when needed. He is the type of agent you want in your corner and contact list.
