1. Flexibility - Made arrangements with the seller(s) agent for me to view the property if she could not go with me. This is listed as number #1 because of my limited availability. Time is infinite, once you lose it you can never get it back. 2. Decisiveness - Considering my current and future needs when providing opinions narrowing down to 1 property. 3. Persistence - Stuck with my current and future needs showed I am valued and my concerns weren't being dismissed. 4. Assertiveness - Able to take control of a situation and reached a successful conclusion. Showed enough assertiveness without being aggressive. I had a situation with inconsistent closing costs; listened to my concerns, took action and resolved the issue. 5. Respectful - remained calm and communicated in a rational way. I raised the concern, on multiple times, the importance of having shelter if the closing dates on the property I sold and the property I purchased did not close simultaneously and rendering me "homeless" for a length of time.
