I know, 5 stars across the board... but it’s true. Juliet went above and beyond in getting our house on the market, sold and closed. First day, Juliet showed up prepared and ready. She communicated clearly About the process, the terms of our relationship and her proposed strategy. Once we decided to proceed, she took to it and started arranging everything. We went on the market, had a whirlwind week of showings and open houses and by the next week she had negotiated a very pleasing offer. Between this point and closing, Juliet went beyond all that was expected. Our home and legal arrangements had special difficulties and requirements that she handled with the proper strength, grace and knowledge needed to navigate our little mine field. I can’t emphasize enough what a good job she did bringing this house to closing. If you want someone strong, knowledgeable, competent and bright fighting for you, talk to her.

Quick to respond and was helpful regardless of what I asked. Made herself available at all kinds of hours on both work days and holidays. Many times on very short notice. She was patient and helpful every step of the way. I was a new home buyer and she made the process smooth and mostly painless! At one point I had seen a place without telling her I was going, and within a few hours of letting her know I wanted it, I ended up with plenty of information in hand and an offer worked out and ready to submit.
