Juliet was resourceful, patient and very knowledgeable. She was invaluable in helping us find a home while we were located out of state and in the summer of the pandemic! She visited houses for us and took videos or live-streamed her visits, depending on our needs and availability. She really went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for!

Juliet hit the ground running once her and I had been connected. I had done some research and had rough ideas of what I was looking for, but hadn't physically looked at a ton of properties just yet. Juliet helped me paint a picture based off my rough ideas and took me on a full day tour of a few places that hit on the criteria I had settled on. Even during a pandemic, with so much uncertainty for everyone! As we were closing on the house, we were up against the clock against a full shut down and social distancing in response to the pandemic. With so much unknown, she was very helpful and supportive every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Juliet! She must make it look like a breeze, if she was this good during the earliest stages of a pandemic.

Juliet is a marvelous real estate agent! No one will work harder for you, with more dedication, attention to detail and thoughtfulness than she did for us. She made sure she understood our needs, found us the perfect house, and saw us through from the first step of a visit on the realtors open house day, through the offer-making process, to the closing and beyond.
