She knew the market well however I didn’t think she was very knowledgeable on some of the comparables. More guidance on offering amount’s would have been appreciated . I know now we overpaid for our house considering items not found in inspection.
Juliet found out about our property and notified us before it hit the internet. Then she wrangled a sub-contractor down almost 300 bucks. She kept after the elusive sellers and worked out a deal which will save me about 10 grand. She managed to get our closing done with only days to spare before we would have been staying in a motel. She was friendly, helpful and informative throughout the deal and kept me, first-timer, out of trouble and in the race. ...WE WON.....AAUUUUU....
Juliet was on top of everything for us. Since we are moving from out of state she managed the whole process in our absence and was able to coordinate everything for us as well as providing updates and was there to answer any and every question we had.
Juliet was awesome from the drop. She was really responsive when we asked her to show us the house and made herself available when we needed. She helped set up our inspections and attended them with us. She always answers our questions quickly and has been really helpful and amazing thru the entire process. I appreciate all her local expertise since we are new to the Ocean Park area. She made the buying process really easy.
