Julianne helped us sell our home during a difficult time to do so, and at the same time buy a new, wonderful one. The process was long but she was doggedly on every update, email, phone call. She showed up to everything, including all the things she didn't have to, and even helped us uncover and solve a serious issue with the house we were buying that we would have completely missed otherwise. At some point during our time working together she went on vacation many times zones over and *even then* communication was excellent. She's a great choice if you want someone in your corner that really and truly shows up.
