Julianne helped us sell our home during a difficult time to do so, and at the same time buy a new, wonderful one. The process was long but she was doggedly on every update, email, phone call. She showed up to everything, including all the things she didn't have to, and even helped us uncover and solve a serious issue with the house we were buying that we would have completely missed otherwise. At some point during our time working together she went on vacation many times zones over and *even then* communication was excellent. She's a great choice if you want someone in your corner that really and truly shows up.

It all started with my inquiring about land. She had a lot of patience with me in looking for what I needed. She found my home in the city I wanted. She was constantly looking and advocating on my behalf.

We were lucky to find Julieanne for our transaction. She was so helpful at everything we needed at the closing. She made sure everything was done correctly, as we were outer State buyers and did remote closing. Julieanne still helping us with our remodeling project. She is so helpful and hoping to have her in every project we buy.

Julianne was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best price for our home! She was able to overcome any and all hurdles that came up in the house buying process!

She went above and beyond what realtors normally do. She helped me throughout the whole process. She was kind, understanding, and so supportive.
