Julie was amazing to work with. My wife and I were buying a home around the time of having our 3rd child ( stressful to say the least). There were also some unforeseen complications with closing on the house which were very unique and challenging. Julie always had our best interests in mind and provided great consul. Julie made a very stressful purchase into a much more manageable situation. She went way above and beyond on numerous occasions. We would strongly recommend Julie to anybody (however we would not recommend buying a home while having a child :)).

WE LOVED WORKING WITH JULIE!! As first-time buyers, we felt very overwhelmed by the process and Julie was there to help every step of the way (she even sat down with us for three hours to explain disclosures and everything else in that terrifying stack of paperwork). She listened to our needs and found applicable houses in great neighborhoods. She made herself available to us basically 24/7 (my partner and I have very tricky schedules, so this was especially helpful). When it came time to submit offers and negotiate she was %100 on top of everything and let nothing slip through the cracks--because of her our closing was quick and easy! Julie was fantastic, and I was able to trust her completely. She is a professional who is incredibly smart and down to earth, and she KNOWS the real estate and home repair/remodel world like no one else in the East Bay. I am 100% sure that I got my unique loft in the crazy, competitive Oakland market because of Julie, and the mortgage broker that she recommended. Had I hired a friend, or someone with less experience, it would've been a different story and I'd probably be looking for another place. But with Julie on my team I went from view-to-close in three weeks and I now live in the loft of my dreams!
