Quick Action Led to Purchase

Julie was very helpful and engaged as soon as I decided to purchase instead of rent a home. She listened to me on what I was looking for as far as living space, lifestyle and budget. Very tight inventory led to only a few listings that met the requirements though it was the first viewing that led to the final home purchased. Negotiations were as limited as inventory so it was very helpful having Julie and her partner Pat helping me to think through a number of situations before deciding how best to proceed.
