It was a pleasure finding our new home. Pat and Julie Warren are extremely knowledgeable - true experts in their field. They took the time to discuss our needs and wants and found appropriate homes for us to see. They always respond to texts and phone calls no matter the time or day. They communicated effectively with the seller agents to reach the best deal for us. This is our third time working with the Warrens and we will use them again if the need comes up in the future. Bonus - they are really good people and we’re happy to call them friends.
