Julie Thompson was a very wonderful realtor to work with. We only had a short time frame to purchase a home and she did an excellent job of setting up house viewings, pushing paper work through and making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. After having rented my house out for the past 12 years, I wanted an agent who was able to line up service professionals in the area who could quickly and inexpensively update my house so that it would sell immediately at top dollar. I interviewed several agents before choosing Julie. Because she does extensive research on the market she was willing to set the asking price higher than the other agents, knowing that she could find the comps to justify the price. She listened to what I wanted to do, made recommendations on how to update the house within the budget provided, and understood that I wanted to very aggressively price my house and NOT have the house listed before it was 100% ready. The house received multiple bids and was under contract for $2500 more than the asking price after just 3 days on the mls. She did a great job in meeting with the appraiser and providing supporting documentation for the price, and insured that there were no problems in getting the house to closing (which has been a problem in FL and why some of the other agents didn't want to price the house as aggressively as I wanted.) Her communication was top-notch and I never had any problems getting in contact with her to answer questions and to take care of issues that arose (they invariably do) in getting the house ready and to closing on time. Of interest, one of the side conversations that came up during closing while the buyer and I were signing forms, was that half of the closings that the attorney had schedule for that day (last day of the month) didn't occur because of problems. If you want your house to sell for top dollar and fast use Julie.

Julie went above and beyond to make sure the process of buying our home fell into place.
