Julie helped the reviewer buy this property

Julie is a friendly, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable real estate professional.

Julie helped me find and purchase a home that is perfect fit in terms of geographical location, size and price. She was very patient during the process showing me multiple homes, some more than once. I found Julie's knowledge of the local market and professional relationships with local builders, the title company and other realtors to be a great benefit to me as a buyer. In addition, Julie has a deep understanding of all aspects of real estate, financing and closing. She reviewed all of the closing documents with me prior to closing so that I would be prepared and even attended my closing. I have owned homes prior to this one and because of Julie, this purchase was by far the best, most positive real estate transaction experience ever. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone who is looking for an agent.
