Consummate Pro with Excellent Results

To be frank and to the point, I was very skeptical. Julie is a childhood friend that I had not spoken to in many,many years. Upon reconnecting with her, she told me that she was a real estate agent. I filed that away in the back of my mind. A couple of years later I was put in a situation where I needed to sell my deceased father's home. As I do not live in Florida and was going to try and sell it from a distant state I knew I had to find someone who would do the job quickly, honestly and dependably. I've bought and sold 7 homes for myself so I know what to look for in an agent. The first thing I did was to do a general search in the home's area. It is then that I learned about HomeLight.com and their "top of the bunch" agents. I contacted the company and selected the two best agents they had to offer in the area. I also contacted Julie. After all three gave their presentations there was absolutely no hesitation to offer Julie the opportunity to sell the home. Now the most important part... the selling process. Julie's marketing plan and follow through was outstanding. She arrived at the home each time it was shown, not just offer the key to the other agent and wait for the call. When items were discovered to be broken or not working she quickly offered vendors to do the service so that the house could be continued to be shown.
