Julie doesn’t just show you houses, she sets out on a tireless mission to find the best home for your family no matter what your budget is. We were a pretty small dollar sale for her ($169,000).She must have shown us at least 50 condos that I said no to and never gave up on finding us the right one ! She worked tirelessly doing research and exploring every lead , (I must have sent her 100 houses to check out besides the ones she found). She was flexible and remapped her day according to our needs and wants.She was committed to the search even when I was willing to give up through a failed sale and all! She is a fierce advocate making sure that all issues fall into your favor. She has become a close friend through our struggles together and I wouldn't trade her for the world.

I met Julie in 2011 when I was looking for a winter condo for my mom - low and behold she is such a phenomenal realtor that she has been my realtor since then. In an industry where most realtors appear to be so unprofessional and lazy when I met her I didn’t expect much. She was diligent in ensuring that all deadlines were met and that the closing went as smoothly as possible with no stress. My friends and family were all marveling on how fast my house sold- they were all impressed with her. To be frank and to the point, I was very skeptical. Julie is a childhood friend that I had not spoken to in many,many years. Upon reconnecting with her, she told me that she was a real estate agent. When items were discovered to be broken or not working she quickly offered vendors to do the service so that the house could be continued to be shown.
