Julie is the best real estate agent I have dealt with in my years of investment in the US an overseas!!!! I was purchasing my rental unit from outside of the state (therefore not able to view the property myself). Julie and team helped me take care of EVERYTHING, from viewing dozens of properties and sharing with me detailed notes of viewing comments, to taking care of tenant recruitment and screening. Julie is always reliable, with great judgement, looking out to the best of her clients and going out of her way to make the deal the best deal for her clients.
