Julie Roh

When we first met I thought she seemed pretty keen, but as we continued through the process I found her to be spacey. Julie was pretty random with details she kept together, seemed to be allergic to reading paperwork (by which I mean she’d call to ask questions which was on the paperwork I had just handed her), and at one point I felt as though I was doing her job for her. She was quick to call when she needed something but slower to respond when I had an inquiry. I would not recommend as I found working with her stressful.

Julie is the best real estate agent I have dealt with in my years of investment in the US an overseas!!!! I was purchasing my rental unit from outside of the state (therefore not able to view the property myself). Julie and team helped me take care of EVERYTHING, from viewing dozens of properties and sharing with me detailed notes of viewing comments, to taking care of tenant recruitment and screening. Julie is always reliable, with great judgement, looking out to the best of her clients and going out of her way to make the deal the best deal for her clients. I am truly grateful of Julie's effort, efficiency, and professionalism.
