We had a wonderful experience with Julie. We live out of state and it was our first time selling a house. Julie walked us through the entire process with patience, wisdom, and humor. She took the time to read every line of contracts we were signing to make sure we understood what we were committing to, which we thought was quite rare in a field which is typically marked by a "hurry up and sign" vibe. Julie brought extensive knowledge of the local market as well as construction knowledge, drawing on her prior work experience remodelling houses. If we could give Julie six stars we would.

There were several unexpected problems with the house. Julie expedited the problems professionally. Her expertise was invaluable. Due to her prior experience, Julie has a lot of contacts. She was able to locate the needed personnel to repair the problems the appraiser found. Without her help, I would have been lost. I have moved out of the area but was quite comfortable knowing Julie had only my best interests in mind.

Julie Rickli comes highly recommended. We found her to sell my moms house and she went out if her way to help us sell it. We weren’t in the area so she did do much. She fixed the doorbell, greased the garage door and watered the outdoor plants among many other things. I have never had such a great real estate agent working with me!! She is so appreciated!!
