I live in a different state then the property I was selling. Major repairs needed to be made. Julie was always there to see that the repairs were made and would let me know if something else, like getting a new front door would make a big difference. She made arrangements and sent pictures. She kept me encouraged when a potential buyer pulled out without a reason. Even during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays, she was available. Julie is very market savvy for the neighborhood, and knowledgeable in what to do or not to do to make the house more desirable to a buyer.
