My wife and I "met" Julie through a Facebook group. When it came time to choose a realtor was just went for it and chose Julie. I'm glad we did. She was exactly what I like in a realtor. Worked with our schedule and was quick to get places set up for us to see. Not pushy or overbearing, but let us do our own shopping and thinking (though always available if needed). She was on top of the transaction and sent us the stuff we needed when we needed it. The whole process was super smooth without any glitches. She even got some bids for some minor things that came up in the inspection (I that thought was above and beyond). Julie is a good realtor and a kind person; we would readily work with her again.

Julie is a talented agent. She understands the market well - housing stock available, pricing trends, offers and counteroffers, and suggestions about any necessary steps to take to bring the transaction to completion. Thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with her!
