Bad time to be a buyer. Glad this process is over.

Julie is a very kind, knowledgeable and competent agent. The majority of what made this process so unpleasant was the combination of the market and my own lack of patience and shaky temperament. The best thing about Julie as an agent is her willingness to communicate. She texts, which is a HUGE plus. My last agent was 1,000 years old and insisted on talking on the phone and emailing. Julie was great about getting back really quickly and being as helpful as she could be. That made things SO much easier. My only complaint would be that she's an interrupter. I often found myself getting cut-off mid-sentence or not being able to speak when I wanted to. But the best quality about her was her patience with ME. When I was being overly emotional or throwing a tantrum, she stayed calm and patient and didn't give up on me. My inability to cope with this frustrating process may have scared off a lesser agent. For that, I am very appreciative.
