She is very friendly, professional, and has great negotiation skills. She is knowledgeable on all aspects of home selling and buying as well as market trends. Julie invites any questions you may have. She is kind and an excellent communicator -- quick to return calls/texts/emails. We highly recommend Julie!!!

Julie is a wonderful agent. She’s very knowledgeable and informative. All paperwork was handled efficiently. I particularly loved that even though we had a tentative deal in place, she still held an open house and included a fundraising opportunity.
