I absolutely recommend Julie! As a person who’s moved different dates often (USAF) and worked with several real estate agents in differing states I cannot say enough wonderful things about Julie. She is professional with a wealth of knowledge, she personalizes the house shopping experience and works incredibly well across different time zones. Thank you Julie and Trey!!
I found Julie Liens to be very genuine and honest. She helped my son find a home and now has helped me sell and buy a home by communicating with me at all times. It went very smoothly, considering moving can be very stressful. Thank you Julie and to your team😊
Julie was persistent in marketing our home even when challenges arose. We appreciated her sense of calm and positivity through the process of selling our home. Now we can move forward to the next part of our journey.
In a tough market Julie and her staff were proactive and professional
To anyone looking to buy or sell your home, we highly recommend Julie and her team, especially co-listing agent, Jennifer Kirkham. Julie was always accessible and responsive as well as a great negotiator. When we needed help with updates to prepare our house for sale, she brought her A-team of professionals and they did a fantastic job. The process was quick and the results exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled to pass on our beloved family home to a new family to enjoy.
When we decided to relocate to Colorado from Texas during a period of high demand and limited inventory, we knew that our search might be difficult. It was. Fortunately, we had Julie Leins on our side. Julie's intimate knowledge of the market, and her professionalism really paid-off in the end. After months of touring homes, in person and via FaceTime, and making several offers that didn't work out, we landed a wonderful mountain home. All the while, her upbeat attitude and personal drive was infectious, and kept us in the hunt. We highly recommend Julie, and if we ever need to make another move, her number is the first one we'll call...five stars!
January 2022. was a very important month for me and my family. Because during this month we met and started working with Ms. Julie and Mr. Trey on the home buying procedure. I can say that during the process of buying our house, Mrs. Julie and her team have shown unprecedented professionalism. Very communicative, teams to simplify things while explaining. I am very satisfied with their work, and I would prefer any person who needs to work with professional people. Thank you Nick,
The adventure, although stressful for us at times, was never too much trouble for Julie and she not once seemed perplexed, in a rush, or imposed upon. We were amazed at the negotiation ability she brought to the purchase of the new home, blown away at the marketing effort and expense she devoted to the sale of our home. The Staging Professional she sent in was fantastic, the photos by her Photographer were the most flattering and beautiful we have ever seen. Long story, ten offers the first weekend, way over asking and a successful closing of both the purchase of our new and the sale of our old in 30 days. Don't miss out on hiring Julie, you will be as pleased as we are.
