Julie was very kind and had a lot of local knowledge in helping us purchase another home in a completely different state. She explained the process and the differences in earnest money. She was very responsive to late night and weekend “ emergency” texts from us to answer our questions. She also had a very personable touch, assisted us with going to the condo several times for measurements, face-timing, etc as we were unable to travel as much as needed. We were able to sign and close within our 30 day desired time and assisted with a reasonable negotiation. We would definitely contact Julie again for our next purchase.
