I have been fortunate to have a real estate career that began with 8 years in mortgage financing before changing over to the home selling side. I am an excellent source of information for buyers due to my financing background. Over the past several years I have gained popularity as a listing agent, listing 35-40 houses a year. I have extensive work with investors which gives me the edge when it comes to construction and really knowing the bones of a home. I am known for being the calming force in my transactions which is helpful because buying and selling a home can be stressful!
