About Julie

After 15 years working in the Medical Field as a Surgical Tech, I returned to school to take business and Real Estate classes. I enjoy meeting new people, working with them to fulfill their dream of home ownership. Licensed since 1989, finding that buyers & sellers have different wants & needs, and that is to be a problem solver. If there is a problem there is a solution. If there is an objection, you can always overcome it. Working together, we can produce the home of your dreams to also fit your financial obligations! I have my Senior Specialist and enjoy working with home buyer and sellers my age guiding them to their next nest! Don't think for one minute I don't work with first time home buyers, because I do and still get excited watching their body language when you find them their home! I sit on our Career Development Board because education is still the key to success. My other positions with my local board are that of Professional Standards both local and state and as an Ombudsman. I guess you could say, I am seasoned!!!!
