Through personal experience Julie has become a moving and relocation expert! She has moved over a dozen times, bought and sold several homes, and managed investment properties. Each of these experiences has given her unique insight into the process of change. A smooth transition into a new chapter is just one of the ways Julie strives to help her clients. Julie brings 20 years of sales and account management experience to her real estate business, offering a solid foundation to successfully work a process from beginning to end. Simply put, Julie knows how to get things done. Collaboration, building trust and creating an extraordinary experience are her highest priorities. She also enjoys a good laugh and finds that humor and the ability to put people at ease help her build long standing relationships. Originally from Ohio, Julie settled in Colorado in 1998 after living in several states including Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania and Kentucky. She graduated from CU Boulder in the mid 80's with a journalism degree and having fallen in love with the Colorado lifestyle, knew she would ultimately make this home. When not chasing down the best real estate transaction, Julie can be found spending time with her husband, kids, family and friends - usually doing something active. Biking, skiing, walking, swimming, tennis and golf all feed her need for exercise. She also loves traveling, binge watching a good TV show, volunteering, or diving into her book club's latest read.
