Julie Gomez, WOW.. so many good things. But to keep it short. She help me buy and sell my home, 8yrs in between both. Julies professional communications, & knowledge help my sell for the most. She broke down the process for easy understanding. Julie was/is very patient when I’d ask questions on certain things that I wasn’t sure about. Julie help me with the walk thru of the new buyers (what they might look for or what should not be in the house (personal item). I was apprehensive about selling my home, Julie would call me ask how I was doing if I had any questions that I might have. Reassurance from her was a good thing. This was my first time selling a home I thought I would retire in, never thought I’d sell it. But Julie makes that a lot lesss painfull and less stressful.
