Julie Gomez, WOW.. so many good things. But to keep it short. She help me buy and sell my home, 8yrs in between both. Julies professional communications, & knowledge help my sell for the most. She broke down the process for easy understanding. Julie was/is very patient when I’d ask questions on certain things that I wasn’t sure about. Julie help me with the walk thru of the new buyers (what they might look for or what should not be in the house (personal item). I was apprehensive about selling my home, Julie would call me ask how I was doing if I had any questions that I might have. Reassurance from her was a good thing. This was my first time selling a home I thought I would retire in, never thought I’d sell it. But Julie makes that a lot lesss painfull and less stressful. Julie was always on top of things and willing to work with our schedule. Any questions or needs were answered and met within a timely manner. She got us in our home we wanted and couldn’t be happier!

Julie was on top of the communication and was quick to pass information back and forth, via text, email and dotloop. She went above and beyond by driving the distance from KC to El Dorado! To top it off she caught a mistake on the contract that would have cost me an extra $967 at closing! I can't recommend her enough.
