Super nice lady with an incredible amount of experience!

We had no idea the night we met Julie and her husband that we met the best in Manatee County. She made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. She help us with comparables and asking price witch we where clueless of. We know better but she made us feel like we were her only client. Communication with Julie was amazing! Any call or text was immediately answered. She gave us contacts of sub contractors for inspection concerns who showed up promptly and did great work. She’s the open house queen also. We’ve never met a realtor who sacrifices her weekend’s like she does to help sell houses. If anyone ever asks us for a realtor recommendation the Franklin Team will be the first words out.
